Hi Nicole, I understand you were looking forward to receiving this sweatshirt. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete the order due to health issues. I notified you right away and sent the refund before the estimated ship date with a note explaining the situation. I also sent a follow-up message to ensure you were aware. Although I understand your frustration that you could not get the sweatshirt you wanted, leaving a one-star review is unfortunate especially due to the fact that we made sure you were informed that we could not complete the order and sent the refund in a very timely matter. Custom and personalised orders
Yes, we do custom and personalized orders, please send us a message to discuss details and we will make a personalized listing for what you wnat or need.
Care instructions
FOR HTV ITEMS:
• Please turn your garment inside out and wash on COLD setting.
• Use your normal dry setting, though the lower the temperature the longer the HTV will last.
• DO NOT bleach, iron, or dry clean.
FOR SUBLIMATED DESIGNS:
• Wash and dry normally; polyester may shrink a bit during the first wash cycle.
Do Accept Returns
Yes, with the following conditions:
• Shipping is paid by the customer (must have tracking information included)
• Items must not be warn or washed
• Items must not be damaged
• Money will only be returned once the item has arrived and been inspected
• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of original delivery; customer must contact seller immediately (within 7 days of received item(s)).
• Items cannot be custom in any way (colour request, edits of any kind, personalizations, special size requests, etc.)
